We work to identify, attract, and engage more talent from diverse backgrounds through an industry-wide job portal for golf industry employers and potential job seekers.

The goal of the Talent Acquisition work group is to drive employers to the industry-wide job portal and reach and engage an audience of job seekers who will bring their diverse backgrounds to the golf industry. This job portal links directly to the industry partner’s career page and create a one-stop shop for employers and potential candidates.

Our program is a great “next step” for young golfers involved in programs like The First Tee, Midnight Golf or other golf programs for youth. Many times, a youngster discovers a passion for golf through these programs but then does not have the financial ability to actually get out on the course and play. Youth on Course helps with that by giving young golfers access to golf for $5 or less at participating courses.
